Bespoke Solutions

Bespoke Solutions

Our vision is to democratise simulation training by bringing high end simulation capability, once the sole domain of pilots, surgeons and F1 drivers, to whoever needs it, whenever they need it, wherever they need it .

While we work in industries that have a long tradition of simulation, such as aerospace & defence, we are now bringing this technology to new industries such as offshore wind, logistics, utilities, construction and more.

We hear from all types of businesses and organisations, that they want to provide the very best training possible for their employees. We also understand that with increasing turnover of staff, some shortages in experienced instructors, and the cost and difficulty in training on real world equipment, it can be difficult to provide that training at scale.

We all know that everyone is different, that everyone learns in a different way and we want to be able to provide individualised training paths for employees. We are doing this by combining virtual reality (VR) technology with data capture, analytics and machine learning (ML) in the cloud in order to improve performance & training outcomes, while reducing the cost and carbon footprint of traditional training.
